1 C Unsalted Butter softened
2 C Sugar
3 Large Eggs
2 Tsp Almond Extract
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 C Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/3 C Dark Cocoa
3 2/3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 C Mini Chocolate Chips

Frosting
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
3 C Confectionery Sugar
3 Tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder
4 1/2 Tbsp Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Light Karl Syrup.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until well combined , add eggs one at a time mixing between each, add extracts and Ricotta Cheese blend slow mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl, mix well. Add to butter mixture mixing with a mixer until all is well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips . Bake at 350 degrees on a parchment lined or sprayed cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes. Or until they bounce back when you lightly touch the top of the cookie. Cool on a rack. When cooled You can frost. Frosting. Mix all ingredients until smooth than frost cooled cookies.
