1/2 c. room temp unsalted butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. mini peanut butter m&m's
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease baking sheet. Cream together butter and sugars. Add PB, egg, and vanilla. Slowly mix in baking soda, flour, and salt. Mix in quick oats, m&m's, and chocolate chips. Bake 11-13 min.
