3 c sugar
3/4 c butter
1 - 5 oz evaporated milk
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 - 7 oz marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Using 3 qt pan on medium heat, bring sugar, butter and milk to a rolling boil. Boil until soft ball stage (234) stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts. Mix well and immediately pour into 9 x 13" pan. Let cool and cut into squares. Store in air tight container. Freezes well.
