1 pkg. - Dry Yeast
½C. - Water, lukewarm
½C. - Shortening
½C. - Boiling Water
¼C. - Sugar
1t. - Salt
1 - Egg, beaten
3¼C. - Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven 375º.

Dissolve Yeast in lukewarm Water. Place Shortening in bowl and add boiling Water.
When almost dissolved, add Sugar, Salt and dissolved Yeast. Add Egg and mix in Flour. Roll ¼ Ck on a lightly floured board. Cut with a biscuit cutter and spread with melted Butter, fold buttered side over, place on greased pan. Let raise.

Rolls may be kept in refrigerator until time to bake or dough kept in refrigerator and made at a later time.

Bake 12-15 min.
