½C. - Butter
1C. - Sugar
1 - Egg
1½t. - Lemon Rind, grated
1T. - Lemon Juice
2C. - Flour
1t. - Bk. Powder
Dash of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all 8 ingredients.

Place dough onto plastic wrap forming a long roll and twist ends.

Chill overnight.

Slice thin and bake 10-12 min. PARCHMENT PAPER.

This dough can be rolled out and cut with a cookie cutter when it cold. It’s a crisp and fine cookie with a little lemon flavor!
