¼ teaspoon almond extract
⅓ cup packed fine blanched almond flour
¼ cup flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons sprinkles
Extra sprinkles, for rolling

Directions:

Add cashew butter, pure maple syrup and vanilla and almond extract to a medium bowl. Mix with a spatula until well combined and smooth.

Next add in almond flour and flaxseed meal. Mix well until combined and a dough begins to form. If dough is too wet, add an extra tablespoon or two of almond flour or flaxseed meal. Lastly, fold in sprinkles.
