4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups cornflakes
1 cup coarsely, chopped pecans.
1 cup coconut
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups chocolate chips
4 large eggs
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups sugar
2 cups butter, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Mixed flour, baking powder, soda and salt, set aside. With electric mixer, beat both sugars and melted butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
With a wooden spoon stir in a flour mixture, oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut.
On a prepared cookie sheet place one heaping tablespoon full of batter.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
