1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated romano cheese
2 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
2-3 lbs. chicken
1/4 c. butter or margarine-melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, cheese and parsley
Brush chicken with butter; roll in crumb mixture. Place meaty side up in ungreased, large shallow baking pan. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
Bake uncovered at 400 , for 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
