6 medium potatoes (cooked, peeled, and sliced)
6 slices bacon (fried and crushed to the side)
3/4 c. chopped onion (sauted in bacon grease)
2 Tbsp Flour
1-2 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Celery seed
Dash of pepper
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. You may need to add water to the mixture if it's too thick. The longer the salad sets, the more the flavor of the bacon and onions goes through the potatoes. It is best to make it a couple hours before it is needed.
