COOKIES:
1/2 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
1/2 CUP (2 OZ) CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
3/4 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR (PACKED)
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG (ROOM TEMP)
2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
2-1/3 CUPS FLOUR
2 TSP CINNAMON
2 TSP CORNSTARCH
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT

PREHEAT OVEN 350º
LINE 2 BAKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
IN A SMALL BOWL MIX CINNAMON & SUGAR. SET ASIDE

IN A STAND MIXER FITTED WITH A PADDLE, CREAM BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE, BROWN SUGAR, SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY, ABOUT 1 MINUTE. ADD EGG, VANILLA. MIX UNTIL COMBINED.

IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE THE FLOUR, CINNAMON, CORNSTARCH, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT. SLOWLY ADD TO MIXER JUST UNTIL BLENDED.

USING A 1-1/2 OZ SCOOP DOUGH AND GENTLY PRESS TOPS OF EACH DOUGH BALL INTO CINNAMON SUGAR. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET ABOUT 2" APART. BAKE 10 MONUTES OR UNTIL BOTTOM EDGE OF COOKIE IS SLIGHTLY GOLDEN
