1 cup butter
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 egg yolks
2 cups flour
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer with the flat paddle attachment cream the butter. Add the sugars and salt and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Reduce speed and add the egg yolks and vanilla. Scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula. Add the flour in 3 additions and mix the dough until combined. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and kneed the dough until all flour is combined. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and flatten.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the fringe for 3 hours.


Preheat oven to 325º
On a floured surface roll the dough and use your favorite cookie cutters to make your cookies.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until bottoms are slightly golden
