Grandma's Stuffing Recipe

2 12 ounce bags of bread crumbs
15 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1 stick of butter
1/2 of medium onion
4 stalks of celery
1 can of olives
2 eggs
3/4 cup of raisins
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Start by getting a large bowl out to mix the ingredients in.
Wash your celery and dice the stalks into small pieces. Put into the bowl.
Next cut a medium yellow onion in half and peel off skin. Dice 1/2 into small pieces. Add to the bowl as well.
Now open the can of olives and drain them. Dice into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Add the 3/4 cup of raisins to the bowl.
Open the bags of bread crumbs and pour into the bowl with vegetables.
Melt the sick of butter in a small pot and then add to the mixing bowl.
Crack 2 eggs into the bowl.
Add in the soup.
Then season with garlic salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together.
The mixture will be dry.

In a 1/2 cup amounts add in water. Mix between each 1/2 cup until the entire mixture is moist. Too much water will make the stuffing soggy.

Oil the sides and bottom of a large baking dish. Spoon the stuffing mixture into the dish and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Or
You can stuff a turkey or chicken with the stuffing and bake the bird at specified instructions. The stuffing will cook in the bird.
