1-2 gallons of white gravy
40-50 homemade biscuits
2-4 dozen scrambled eggs (approx. 1 whole hen house)
5-7 pounds sliced ham (the rest of the hog)
orange juice
milk
approx. 5 gallons of coffee (add 3 gallons if Eddie is present)


4-5 kitchen helpers
