1 ¼ CUPS oil
½ CUP brown sugar
3 CUPS self-rising flour
2 TSP vanilla
3 TSP cinnamon
*chopped nuts and raisins if wanted

mix well
add other ingredients
mix
separate in loaf pans
cooks at 350º for 45-60 minutes
