bananas; sliced
vanilla wafers
1 CAN evaporated milk
5 eggs; separated
1 TSP vanilla
4 TBSP flour
1 CUP sugar

Directions:
heat evaporated milk in saucepan over medium heat.
add 4 TBSP flour, 1 TBSP at a time. mix in egg yolks one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each one.
slowly, add sugar.
cook unyil desired thickness.
Layer vanilla wafers evenly over layers.
use egg whites to make meringue by whipping them to stiff peaks while slowly adding granulated sugar.
spoon meringue ove pudding
place in 350şboven for 10 minutes then on high until meringue is lightly toasted.
