2 Quarts Fresh Tomatoes peeled and chopped
2 Small Onions (chopped fine)
1 Stalk Celery (chopped fine)
1 TBSP. Salt
2 TBSP. Sugar
1 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop tomatoes into small peices (with the juices) into a large stock pot. Add all other ingredients to the pot and cook until vegetables are tender and done. Let stand to cool down so ingredients can be poured through a Foley Food Mill or through a large strainer, pressing all juice from the vegetables into another pot to reheat. When heated, pour juice into prepared, sterilized canning jars and seal.
