1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened ˝ cup sugar
1 egg yolk 2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ˝ tsp. salt
1 cup almonds, toasted and chopped very fine Sweet orange marmalade
Confectioners’ sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and almond extract. Mix in dry ingredients and nuts. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and press an indention in ball with thumb. Fill with orange marmalade. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Dust with confectioners’ sugar while still warm. Cool completely.
