Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cinnamon Sugar
Parchment paper
½ cup sugar; 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Cookies
½ cup unsalted butter, room temp
¼ cup (2 oz) cream cheese, room temp
¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
¼ cup sugar
1 egg, room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
2⅓ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

For cinnamon sugar: Preheat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In small bowl combine sugar & cinnamon, stirring until equally blended, set aside.
For cookies: In stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, cream unsalted butter, cream cheese, brown sugar & sugar on med-high speed until light & fluffy, about 1 min. Reduce speed to low, add eggs & vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
In medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Slowly add into mixer; mix just until incorporated.
Use 1½-oz scoop (¼ cup) to portion dough; gently press tops of each cookie dough ball into cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies on prepared baking sheets about 2" apart; bake for 10 min until bottom edge of cookie is slightly golden. Let cookies cool on baking sheet for about 5 min.
Store baked cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
