3 C. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 14oz. Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
Dash of Salt
½ to 1 C. Chopped Nuts (optional)
1½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line an 8 or 9 inch square pan with aluminum foil. Butter the foil and set aside.
2. In saucepan, melt the chips with condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts if desired and add vanilla. Spread evenly over the prepared pan.
3. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board, peel off the foil and cut into squares. Store covered in the fridge.

For Marshmallow fudge omit the nuts and stir in 2 T. Butter in with the vanilla. Fold in 2 C. mini marshmallows and proceed as above.
