1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 tbs. oil
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. vanilla
1 can of cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Measure out 1 c. of dry cake mix and reserve. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the remaining dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil. The mixture will be crumbly. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides of a 9x13 pan.
In the same bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar together. Add 3 medium eggs and reserved cake mix, and beat for 1 minute at med speed. At low speed gradually add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Pour into crumb crust.
Bake at 300º for 45 to 55 mins, or until the center is firm. Cool to room temp. Spoon cherry pie filling over the cheesecake, cover, and chill. Store in the refrigerator.
