1 Cake mix, any flavor
Ingredients to make mix
2 Eggs
2 cup Oil, any kind or butter
1-6 ozs bag Chocolate chips
1 cup Walnuts, ground fine
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tbs Nutmeg
1/2 tbs Alspice
1/2 cup Pecans or peanuts

Make cake mix according to pkg but add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix in chips, walnuts and pecans
In a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer combine butter and add the cinnamon mixture.
Add in the cake mix and all ingredients to make it.
Mix in the chips mixture.
Mix well, using the stand mixer, mix to combine.
To make a thicker cookie, place the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
Roll out refridated dough to 1-inch thick.
Cut, using a cookie cutter, into desired shapes.
Place cookies on a greaced cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 *F.
Cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet with a pan cake turner and finish cooling on rack until completely cool.
Serve or store in a cookie jar for 30 days
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for another 30 days.
Freeze in sealed container for up to a year.
Beyond that, dispose of.
