Directions:Tips for Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies Choose Peanut Butter Wisely: Natural peanut butter can be used, but make sure it is well-stirred. Regular peanut butter (like Jif or Skippy) will give more consistent texture. Soft Butter is Key: Ensure butter is softened, not melted, for best creaming results. Don’t Overbake: cookies may look underdone when you take them out, but they will continue to cook on baking sheet. Add Chocolate Chips: For an extra treat, fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips into dough before shaping cookies. Freezing Dough: The cookie dough can be frozen up to 3 months.
