Ingredients: 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese ½ pint whipping cream 1 cups sugar 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 4 tbsp. flour ½ tsp. salt 2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp corn starch 1 cup milk
Crust: ½ package graham crackers 1 stick butter 2½ tbsp sugar

Directions: |
Directions:Start with crust. Mix graham crackers, melted butter and sugar together until the crackers are moist. Press into a cheese cake spring pan to provide a strong and thick base crust. Press well on the edges to avoid the liquid mixture dripping out.
Mixture: Mix softened cream cheese, whipping cream and egg together in a blender. Add all other ingredients and continue to blend until it is well mixed. Pour the ingredient into the pan of crust. Bake on 350 deg. for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool in the over for ½ an hour.
Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours prior to serving. |
