3 bricks cream cheese softened
4 cloves garlic minced
8-16 oz frozen spinach defrosted
depending on how much spinach you like
8 oz. grated parmesan cheese
marinated artichoke hearts in oil
Butter or Margarine to line baking dish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º In baking dish, depending on size of recipe, depends on the size of pan, grease baking dish with butter or margarine to coat all sides, set aside.
Drain spinach in colander untill completly thawed, when thawed use a paper towel to squeeze out excess liquid, In food processor place cream cheese, garlic, spinach, pulse untill chopped and creamy, add 1/2 of the parmesan cheese and the artichokes untill chopped to desired consistancy.
Place the mixture in baking dish, spreading out completly.Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake 350º for about 20-30 mins
