2 c. Butter, softened
2 c. Brown Sugar
2 c. White Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
5 c. Powdered Oatmeal ** see below
4 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 24oz. pkg. Chocolate Chips
1 8oz. Plain Hershey Bar, grated
3 c. Nuts, chopped

** Powdered Oatmeal - Using a blender, add oatmeal a little at a time, until it is reduced to a powder.
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla, blend well. In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered oatmeal, flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture in with the butter mixture, mixing well until all ingredients are well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts, mixing until combined well.
Place golf ball size cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
