2½ c. old fashioned oats
2 6 oz. packages of toffee chips
1 ⅔ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. packed brown sugar
¾ c. granulated sugar
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 T. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie pans or use parchment paper.

1. In a bowl mix oats and toffee chips. Set aside.
2. Sift flour, soda, powder, salt together. Add sugars and stir until well blended. Gradually at butter until creamy and smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and flour and blend.
3. Pour this mixture over the oats and chips and blend well.
4. Use a 2 inch scoop and put cookies on pans at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Watch closely. Do not over bake. Cool on wire racks.
