2 butterfly pork chops or 4-6 pork chops
1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Grain Rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can of Chicken Broth
1 can of water
1 envelope of Onion soup mix

Directions:
Note: I used 2 butterfly pork chops, but this recipe could be used for 4-6 pork chops.
Take 1 box of Uncle Ben's Wild Grain Rice and place it on the bottom of a roasting pan. Layer your pork chops next. Over the stove, take 1 can of cream of mushroom soup,1 can of cream of celery soup,1 can of chicken broth and 1 can of water until it boils. Pour this mixture over the pork chops and top it off with 1 envelope of onion soup mix.
Cover and cook at 350º for about 2 hours ( or until the meat pulls apart).
