1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4sp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup rolled oats or 1/2 cup extra flour
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup raisins optional
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter; stir in egg. Add: baking powder, soda, salt and spices
mix well then add applesauce and combine
Stir in rolled oats or extra flour and chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes
