Crust:
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Filling:
2 c. sugar
4 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. lemon zest
6 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Crust:
Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar. press into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake @ 350º for 20 - 25 minutes until light brown

Filling:
Beat sugar eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, flour and salt. Pour onto baked crust. Bake 20-30 minutes until light brown. *check at 20 minutes*

Cool, cut and dust with powdered sugar.
