113 g softened unsalted butter
100 g brown sugar
50 g sugar
100 g discard
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla (4g)
160 g rolled oats
145 g raisins (optional)
120 g flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry; oats, flour, raisins, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in separate bowl.
2. Combine butter with sugars and mix until the sugars start to dissolve into the butter
3. Add discard, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth
4. Combine the dry with the wet and mix till its all incorporated
5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min to overnight
6. Move oven rack to the middle and preheat oven to 350 degrees
7. Bake for 10-12 min
