4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beat first)
1 c. water
1 tsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, water, and oil together. Add to the rest and mix. Let sit 10 minutes.

Cook potatoes, fry onions and put cheese in when mashing potatoes.

Make little balls of potatoes. Roll dough very thin. Line up potatoes on dough. Wrap dough over potatoes. Cut little circles with glass. Pinch edges thin. Boil 15 minutes (slow boil). Brown butter, pour over perogies.
