6 cups of Goya medium grain rice or Arborio but more expensive
1 container of chicken brother
2 cups of water
Butter
Olive oil
Quarter to a half cup of white wine( red will change color of Risotto)
2 tsp salt
White pepper to rice so you don’t see black spots
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil and butter in pot.
Put heat on high
Squeeze garlic just 1-2 squeezes while onion sautee
Sautrer onion until transparent and then add all the rice.
Keep turning and toast a little bit you don’t want brown.
Add salt
Little broth at a time make a river and run spoon down the middle and make sure the river doesn’t seep out add more m
Browning but not lose color
Let It sit for a few minutes then make another river
You’ll hear when It ready and keep making rivers until risotto is fully cooked.
Add Parmesan cheese when finished.
