Directions:Crust: Smash crackers. Add butter and mix. Mold to pie pan. Bake at 350º F for 5-10 minutes.(You can also use two pre-made pie crusts from store).
Cream Cheese Layer: Mix all ingredients together on medium speed. Spread mixture onto the crust. Store in refrigerator for later.
Pudding Layer: Follow directions on pudding box and refrigerate for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take out of fridge and spread onto cream cheese layer. Store in refrigerator for later.
Whipped Layer: Add shortly before serving, as cool whip doesn't refrigerate long. Cover pudding layer with remaining cool whip. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
Additional toppings (optional): Choose toppings that pair well with pudding flavors, or no additional toppings needed. |

Notes: Can substitute crust for 2 pre-made pie crusts from the store. I like to buy an Oreo pie crust and make this with Oreo pudding. Then top with mini Oreo's. I have also shaved a Cookies & Cream Hershey bar on top of Oreo pie as well.
I would recommend 1 large box of pudding if making two of the same flavored pie, or 2 small boxes of pudding if making two different flavors of pie, or you will end up with extra pudding.
If you choose banana pudding, you can put banana slices between the cream cheese layer and the pudding layer so they don't turn brown.
