3/4 cup sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Whip butter until light yellow (almost white) in color. Add both sugars and mix until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla, then beat for 3 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, only long enough to mix together. Add chocolate chips.

Scoop about 1 1/2 Tbsp of cookie dough and form into ball, place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 9-12 minutes. Cool cookies on cooling racks completely before serving. Makes about 36 cookies.

Can make about 24 larger cookies, just roll about 2 Tbsp. cookie dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Lower oven temperature to 325º F, and bake for 12-15 minutes
