16 slices bacon (about 12 ounces), diced, fried and well drained
16 ounces cream cheese, cubed, room temperature
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (Fresh or grated)
1 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion - Optional
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard- Optional
1/2 teaspoon salt - Optional

Directions:
Directions:
1) Put all ingredients in the slow cooker; cover and cook on low, stirring occasionally, for about 1 to 2 hours, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
2) Taste and adjust seasonings, add bacon, and keep on low to serve. Serve with cubed or sliced French bread or other dippers.

**Another option is to cook it in the crockpot, then pour into a Sourdough bread bowl. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350º to warm up the bread bowl. Serve with pieces of bread or crackers- Wheat thins are good with it!
