2 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup pistachios, chopped
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream together the butter and sugars, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add to the dry ingredients until just combined, then add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and pistachios.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on to 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper, 2-inches apart, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake on the lower and upper racks at 350º for 13 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through.
Cool on the pans for 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
