1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

For the Caramel Drizzle:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Drizzle:
1 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter and brown sugar, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add to the creamed mixture, shape into 1-inch balls, and roll in the pecans.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets and flatten slightly.
Bake at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes.

For the Caramel Drizzle:
Bring the brown sugar and cream to a boil in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat and whisk in the powdered sugar.
Immediately drizzle over the cookies.

For the Chocolate Drizzle:
Microwave the chocolate and butter together for 30 second intervals, stirring between, until smooth.
Drizzle over the cookies.

Let stand until set.
