Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 T. butter
1 T. granulated sugar
1 T. firmly packed brown sugar
3 drops (half capful) pure vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In ramekin or mug, add butter and soften in microwave for 10-15 seconds.(Using different sizes and types of cups or ramekins may affect cooking time.) Add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk; mix together with fork. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Texture should be consistency you would expect for cookie dough. Stir in chocolate chips. Place in microwave and cook at high heat for 40-60 seconds. Start checking for doneness at 40 seconds. Do not go over 60 seconds or cookie will burn and get rock hard. Best served warm. Enjoy!

Variation: Add 1 T. of creamy peanut butter to make delicious peanut butter chocolate chip mug cookies.
