8 bone in chicken legs or thighs, or 1 whole cut up chicken or a combination
1 jar (13-16 oz) orange marmalade
1 jar Ah So Chinese Barbecue Sauce (available on Amazon)
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Let chicken marinate for up to 8 hours (optional). Preheat oven to 325º. Add chicken with sauce to baking pan and place uncovered in the oven for 60 minutes, basting frequently. (Chicken should be skin side up). Chicken will get brown and caramelized with this sticky, delicious sauce!
