1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. shredded asiago cheese
1 T. oil
1 3/4 lbs. cauliflower florets(steamed til tender)
1 c. light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spray or grease 2 quart baking dish. Coat bottom and sides with 2 T. of bread crumbs. Mix remaining bread crumbs with cheese and oil. Set aside. Place cauliflower in casserole dish. Pour cream on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with bread crumb mixture. Bake on center rack til cheese is heated through and crumbs are nicely browned.
