Ingredients: - 4 sticks cold , butter - 3 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar. - 1 cup sugar - 4 large eggs - 2 large ice cubes - 1 1/2 tablespoons Mexican vanilla extract - 5 1/4 cups all purpose flour - 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda - 2 tablespoons cornstarch - 1 teaspoon kosher Salt. - 4 cups chocolate chips

Directions:To brown butter add butter to medium size sauce pan over medium high heat And stir while butter begins to melt . The butter when start to bubble Then after a few minutes butter will start to turn foamy on top. It will turn dark brown and smell really nutty and then stir in the ice cubes until melted and combined into the butter . then pour into large glass mixing bowl and let cool for 3 to 4 minutes . And add both sugars to the butter and using a hand mixer and cream together until light and fluffy And add eggs and vanilla and mix well . then add ,' flour , baking soda , cornstarch and Salt and add to the creamy mixture and mix until just combined then fold in chocolate chips until well combined into the dough . then chill dough for 2 -3 hours or overnight then scoop 2 tablespoons size balls onto parchment lined baking sheet trays then , bake cookies in a 350 degrees heated oven and bake for 7 to 12 minutes |
