For the Brownie Layer:
pie crust
brownie mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 egg

For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz Cool Whip

For the Cookie Dough Bites:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Brownie Layer:
Unroll the pie crust according to the package directions and place in a 10-inch pie plate.
Beat together the brownie mix, oil, water, and egg until combined and spoon into the pie crust.
Cover the edges of the pie crust with foil to prevent burning and bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes.
Cool completely.

For the Cookie Dough Bites:
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt, then beat in the flour and milk.
Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips and roll into 56 tiny cookie bites.
Arrange over a wax paper lined tray and freeze until hard.

For the Cheesecake Layer:
Cream together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla, then fold in 3 cups of Cool Whip.
Halve the cookie dough bites and set 20 halves aside.
Stir the remainder into the cheesecake filling and carefully spread over the brownie layer.

Sprinkle the top of the pie with the remaining chocolate chips, top with Cool Whip swirls, and arrange the cookie dough bites over all.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
