2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 loaf French bread, at least one day old, cut into 1-inch squares
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, and salt together.
Add the bread and press into the egg mixture until absorbed.
Stir in the raspberries and baking chips, then pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
Bake in a greased 3-quart casserole dish at 350º for 30 minutes, covered.
Uncover and bake for 10 - 20 minutes, until golden brown and set.
