3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp pepper 1 package hollandaise sauce mix
1 cup milk 3 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 lb. Fresh asparagus spears cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 small red pepper cut into thin strips
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp or tbsp. cooked rice or pasta

1. Toss chicken with pepper In measuring cup stir sauce mix and milk until smooth; set aside.
2. In large skillet melt butter over medium high heat. Add chicken cook 2 minutes
