1 bag Persian cucumbers coarsely chopped
1 can garbanzo beans rinsed
1 can butter or cannelloni beans rinsed
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Lots Parsley chopped
1 Shallot diced
Salami, chicken chopped
Parmesan
Mini mozzarella balls
Peppercini chopped
Kalamata olives


1/4 c Olive oil
1/4 c red wine Vinegar
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp Herbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 Lemon juiced
2 garlic cloves diced
Blended

Blend dressing pour over other ingredients.
Keeps for about a week.
