1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 T. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick cinnamon
few drops of red vegetable coloring
6 red apples
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugars, corn syrup, water, butter, salt, and stick of cinnamon until syrup crackles in cold water, 300º. Remove from heat, add red coloring. Dip the apples in and then let them cool on greased/waxed paper.
