1½ pounds ground beef
6 garlic cloves, diced
¾ cup Breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 teas Goya Adobo
2 teas Onion Powder
1 TBS Italian spice

Italian Tomato Sauce (homemade or Ragu™)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix all ingredients; shape into meatballs.

2) Brown meatballs in olive oil

3) Add browned meatballs to sauce, cooking meatballs thoroughly.

4) Crusty Italian Bread or if making hero's, Italian sub rolls.

Serve over pasta, or make into Italian Meatball hero's

In 1995 when my oldest brother married Suzanne, my mom put together a Collection of "Recipes from the Heart" for their shower, all the recipes came from their wedding party, family and friends, so as family and as a Groomsman, this was the recipe that I submitted.
I have always loved Spaghetti with meatballs, and Italian Meatball subs, so this seemed to be a good choice.
