NOODLE DOUGH. COMBINE FLOUR, SALT AND EGGS TO MAKE NOODLE DOUGH. IF TOO DRY ADD 1 MORE EGG. LET STAND ABOUT 20 MIN
FILLING. COMBINE COTTAGE CHEESE, CHIVES AND 2 EGGS
SAUCE... OVER LOW HEAT BLEND SOUR CREAM AND BUTTER

CUT NOODLE DOUGH INTO 4" SQUARES. FILL WITH FILLING AND PINCH SIDES TO MAKE PACKETS. BOIL FOR PROX. 12 MIN. DRAIN AND POUR SAUCE OVER THEM.
