Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 pounds of Russett potatoes
Mayonnaise
Celery diced up
Onion Salt
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes in equal sized; bite sized pieces (the best you can so they all cook the same). Put potatoes in a pan and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are soft all the way through (but don't over do it or you will have mashed potatoes). Strain. Run potatoes under cold water so potatoes will stop cooking (this can take several minutes).
Put potatoes in large bowl, add mayonnaise to your liking. Sprinkle with onion salt, diced celery, bacon bits, green onion, pretty much anything you like. Enjoy!
