4 c Water
2 T. Salt
1 1/4 c sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs (beaten)
14 c flour
2 pkgs yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Start about 3 p.m. Boil together 4 cups water and sugar, add shortening and salt. Let cool to lukewarm. Mix yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup warm water. Add with the remaining ingredients to first mixture. Add slightly more flour if too sticky. Cover and let rise. Around 6 p.m. knead down. Around 9 p.m. make into rolls or buns or whatever you want and place in greased pans, cover, and bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
